Running Space is a new non traditional running group. Our aim is to promote life and prevent suicide. An opportunity for all abilities. We will be walking/jogging/running/ taking part in fun activities then have free refreshments and a chat afterwards. Nobody is left behind.
If you would prefer to attend only the class or only the refreshments that’s completely fine too.
