Faversham Christmas Lights Switch On

28th November 2026

Experience the magic as Faversham’s picturesque streets light up with colourful Christmas illuminations!

This year's festive display will be switched on at 5pm on Saturday 28th November. With entertainment throughout the day, please come and show your support.

Full programme of entertainment throughout the day to be confirmed soon.

04:30pm Faversham Mission Brass will entertain us until Father Christmas and his special guests assemble on the main stage for switch-on at 05:00pm.

Due to the ongoing restoration work to the Guildhall, our switch-on ceremony will likely be taking place in Court Street, instead of Market Place this year.

Our thanks goes out once again to the volunteers and the ongoing work of the Faversham Community Christmas Lights team to bring the seasonal illuminations to life each year.
