Join Wild Classroom this Easter half-term for a half-day workshop where you and your family will cook over an open fire using fresh, seasonal produce from the Belmont Kitchen Garden.
On arrival, you’ll head to the kitchen garden to gather the day’s produce, with the chance to explore the garden and meet the Belmont gardening team responsible for growing them. Next, you’ll head to our outdoor cooking space, where each family will have their own station and equipment to prepare a variety of dishes to cook over the fire using several different techniques. During these extended sessions, you’ll typically cook and savour 3-4 dishes, all crafted from the freshest local, seasonal ingredients, ensuring your appetites will be satisfied!
